Superboy Defeated and Tortured 1

  (This story is loosely based on the comic's character, Superboy, and will be based on me, so he will be Filipino and leaner than the usual Superboys we know) As usual, Bien worked out every morning to maintain his superb physique. He had a small gym at the basement where he would grill his muscle for 2 hours before going to work. He did 100 sit-ups and 100 chip-ups at least to ensure his abs was always nail-hard and in sculpted 8 packs. If he had extra time, he would continue by lifting dumbells and pulling weights. He knew that he had to maintain the solid muscles to endure the thrashings whenever he confronted the all kinds of enemies.
